Price and offer
How much does a patio cover cost?
The price depends on the model, the size, the roof covering and the extras. In the configurator you can check an estimated net price for your size and download a PDF offer. The final price is given in the final offer, after a free technical survey.
Are the prices on the site net or gross?
Prices in the configurator are net, excluding installation. The VAT rate (8% or 23%) depends on the scope of the work and is set in the final offer.
Is the configurator estimate binding?
No. It is an estimate and not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code. The post layout and fixing method are confirmed during the survey; the final offer is the binding one.
How it works
Do you charge for the survey?
No, the technical survey is free. On site we confirm the dimensions, the post layout and the fixing method.
What does the whole process look like?
You send a photo of the site and rough dimensions, we prepare an estimate, book a free technical survey, then prepare the final offer and agree the production and installation dates.
How do I prepare a photo and dimensions for a quote?
Take a photo of the place where the structure should stand, with the building wall in view, and give the approximate width and depth. Send them on WhatsApp or through the form on the Contact page, where you can attach the photos — we check the exact dimensions during the survey.
Structure and roof
Polycarbonate or glass — which should I choose?
Multiwall polycarbonate 16 mm is lighter and more affordable. VSG 44.2 glass is fully transparent; there is also opal glass, which diffuses the light, and tinted glass, which reduces heat build-up. Grand Panorama comes with glass only.
How do Classic, Loft, Panorama and Grand Panorama differ?
Classic has a classic half-round gutter and a visible roof pitch. Loft has a straight, geometric gutter. Panorama is a cubic form with an almost invisible pitch. Grand Panorama is a reinforced cubic structure for large projects. See the model comparison on the home page.
Does the patio cover have to be fixed to the wall?
No. It can be wall-mounted, fixed to the building wall, or freestanding on its own posts. The fixing method is confirmed during the survey.
Extras and extending
Can I extend the structure later?
Yes. You can add Sliding Glass, ZIP Screen, LED lighting or a roof awning later. If you plan to extend it, mention it at the survey.
What is Sliding Glass?
Sliding glass walls that shield the terrace from wind and rain while keeping the view and natural light. The system has 2 to 6 tracks, with clear or tinted tempered glass; the panels slide, so the terrace can be open or closed.
What is ZIP Screen?
A screen fabric running in a ZIP guide. It reduces heat build-up, UV radiation and views from outside while letting diffused light through. Somfy control, optionally solar-powered.
Can LED lighting be added?
Yes, LED lighting is available as an option for patio covers and pergolas. In the Rysy pergola LED is standard, with RGB and dimming as options.
What if it gets too hot under a glass roof?
A roof awning limits heat build-up under the roof and can run above or below it. Tinted or opal glass helps too.
Free estimate
Send a photo of your terrace and its dimensions — we'll prepare an estimate.
A photo of the site and the approximate width and depth are enough. We check the exact dimensions during a free survey.
